Delivery Policy

A delivery charge will be added to every local order that's to be delivered in our delivery area. Priced according to recipient's zip code, it varies from $12.95 to $29.95, higher for outlying areas.  We are centrally located within Palm Beach County.

Orders for out town delivery (wire orders) will receive a $10.00 delivery charge and a $14.95 wire service charge. We use Teleflora member shops for our out of town orders as well as independently owned florists.

Substitution Policy

Every arrangement is hand made upon purchase.  Frequently, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers, season, supply, etc.  Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.  Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
